Terms of service
These terms describe the intended relationship between the operator of Fixitify Country Restrictions & Limitations and Shopify merchants who install the application. The operator must approve a final binding version before publication.
Service description
Merchants configure rules for product visibility and eligibility by destination. Storefront display adjustments depend on the merchant's theme and activation of the app embed; restrictions at checkout require publication of the Shopify validation function. The service cannot determine a buyer's actual location with certainty from a country selector or IP address and does not replace the merchant's legal compliance duties.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must review rule configurations, test checkout behavior and ensure that shipping restrictions, tax, sanctions, consumer-law and product-compliance decisions are legally appropriate. Merchants remain responsible for their store's policies and customer communication.
Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions, plan changes and charges must be managed through Shopify's authorized billing or managed-pricing system. The current Shopify billing confirmation controls applicable fees. Plan limits are displayed in the app.
Availability and limitations
The service uses third-party platform services, including Shopify. Service behavior can be affected by platform availability, theme changes, incompatible extensions and changes to Shopify APIs. Merchants should test after making substantial theme or checkout changes.
Suspension and termination
Merchants may uninstall the app using Shopify Admin. Uninstallation revokes authorization for further store access; associated account data is processed in line with the privacy notice and Shopify's mandatory compliance procedures.
Support and changes
Product questions, service requests and notices can be submitted using the support information. Substantive changes to these terms must be communicated as required by law.
Pre-publication requirement: operator identity, governing law, liability terms, refund policy, support hours and dispute procedures need legal and commercial sign-off. No binding terms are represented as already approved.
