We're here to help.

Fixitify Country Restrictions connects country targeting, catalog presentation and Shopify checkout validation. The most common questions are answered below.

How do I enable restrictions?

In Shopify Admin, open Fixitify Country Restrictions → Restriction rules. Create a rule, save it, then press Publish. Publication installs or updates the checkout validation through Shopify's API.

How do I hide a restricted product on my storefront?

Open Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, activate Fixitify Country Guard, and save your theme. The theme app embed controls storefront visibility; the independent checkout validation protects the purchase flow.

Why is a product visible in a different country?

The storefront presentation is based on the market/country selected for the storefront. Checkout restrictions apply against the provided delivery destination. IP location is not a reliable shipping-country substitute, and restrictions do not modify search-engine indexing or Shopify's underlying published catalog.

What happens when I change a rule?

Rules are kept in draft state until Publish. The previous published revision remains in effect until a new configuration is successfully accepted by Shopify.
